Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”) apply to this cash-back promotional offer (“Promotional Offer”) for customers, which is sponsored and brought to you by Victoria Foods Pvt Ltd (“Rajdhani”) and conducted by RewardPort (“Partner agency”) on the different SKUs (together referred to as “Products”) calling out this offer on the package as per the terms and conditions mentioned herein and the package. In terms of any conflict between the terms and conditions of the pack and these terms and conditions, the terms herein mentioned shall prevail to the extent of such conflict.
To be entitled to the Promotional Offer, the participants of the Promotional Offer will be enrolled in the Promotional program.

The participants have the option to withdraw from the Promotional program at any point in time.
The Promotional Offer is a limited-period offer valid only in India subject to the availability of the Products. Promotion is open to citizens of India only and persons above 18 years of age.
The voucher code as printed on the voucher can be used only once for getting the OTP. Victoria Foods Pvt Ltd & Rewardport shall not be responsible in case of the OTP being misused or failed or lost during the transaction. No requests or demands or claims will be entertained.
This Promotional Offer entitles the customer with cash credited to a UPI / Amazon-pay linked bank account or Amazon Pay / Zomato Voucher. The value of the cash will be 50 The amount will be credited to the respective wallet as per the code received on the voucher. Customers shall be required to read, understand and accept the Cash voucher(s) terms and conditions which may be subject to change at the Partner's end.
The cashback cannot be redeemed or exchanged for another Gift. Also, it cannot be re-validated after the expiry date.
Maximum 1 vouchers (1 Vouchers per Month for 3 months) will be accepted and can be redeemed per person, mobile number, email ID, UPI wallet and IP address. This Promotional Offer is not valid for Victoria Foods Pvt Ltd and Rewardport promoters, retailers, employees, Distributors or any other channel partner.
The Cash amount will be credited within 48 hours, but in case of public holidays and weekends, the amount will be credited on the next working day.
In no event, UPI/Amazon-pay/ Zomato be liable for any abuse or misuse of the cash due to the negligence of the customer. Knowingly/unknowingly
The details of the UPI-linked bank account have to be entered by the customer themselves. If the customer enters incorrect details, the OTP will be assumed to be used and cannot be revised.
Once the customer selects the choice of receipt of payment i.e., either UPI / Amazon Pay / Zomato Voucher it cannot be modified.
If the OTP is lost, misplaced or stolen, a new OTP will not be issued nor will the money be refunded in any manner. Duplicate OTP will not be issued.
Victoria Foods Pvt Ltd, Rewardport or UPI/Amazon/Zomato shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using the Cash reward. The holder of the voucher shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the OTP, cash reward and the credentials mentioned on it.
UPI/Amazon/Zomato voucher may change (add to, delete, or amend) its terms from time to time without any prior intimation.
Each OTP is strictly a one-time usage code.
By participating in the Promotional Offer, the participant agrees to allow Victoria Foods Pvt Ltd / Rewardport to contact the participant for this Promotional offer. Further, the participant agrees that the data received during the Promotional Offer by Victoria Foods Pvt Ltd / Rewardport may be used or shared with any agency for any further analysis/ promotion or marketing communications. The participating customers may, at the request of Victoria Foods Pvt Ltd participates in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the gratification, free of charge, and they consent to Victoria Foods Pvt Ltd. for using their name and image in promotional material. Such participating customers agree and consent to Victoria Foods Pvt Ltd to cover the aforesaid Promotional activity through various media including newspapers, radio, television, news channels, internet, Out of Home Media point of sale materials, etc., and shall not raise any objection, protest or demur to such coverage or in this regard.
The decision of Victoria Foods Pvt Ltd or its Partner Agency, as regards the Promotional Offer shall be final. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.
No queries, claims, disputes, complaints or grievances about the Promotional Offer shall be entertained by Victoria Foods Pvt Ltd. and its Partner Agency from the start date 15th March 2024 to the closure of the Promotional Offer date i.e. 15th December 2024
The cashback cannot be exchanged and is not transferable and cannot be converted into cash/discount or equivalent.
The use of Amazon Pay/UPI/ Zomato name in these terms and conditions is only to explain the terms and conditions hereof and does not in any manner confer, assign or transfer or associate the trademarks or other rights of Amazon Pay/UPI/ Zomato in RAJDHANI GROUP. There is no principal agency, joint venture, associate or any other relationship between RAJDHANI GROUP and Amazon Pay/UPI/Zomato Voucher, except that both entities have a principal-to-principal relationship.
This Promotional Offer shall be subject to Indian Laws and in case of any dispute, the Courts at Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction. All issues with regards to the Cash Back will be handled by Rewardport and Rewardport will be responsible to settle the same. However Rewardport shall not be responsible if any Dealer, Reseller or Bulk Purchaser tries to claim the cash back which they are not eligible for.

7.Offer is valid on all prepaid payment modes only.

9.Zomato reserves the right to cancel/ change/modify/add/delete any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without notice
11.Zomato reserves the right to terminate the offer at any time without notice
12.Zomato reserves the right to deny honouring the offer on the grounds of suspicion or abuse of the offer by any customer without providing customer any explanation thereof
13.In no event Zomato be liable for any abuse or misuse of the code due to the negligence of the customer
14.Maximum discount that can be availed is 100%, upto Rs.50/-
15.If the order amount exceeds the voucher Value then complete your payment via Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking to pay balance amount.
16.Multiple vouchers cannot be used in a single transaction & the vouchers cannot be combined with any other running promotional offer on Zomato.
17.Delivery and taxes to be paid by the user.
